Answers.
- What exactly is BAMM?
- Botanicals · Adaptogens · Mushroom Metabolites. Whole botanicals slow-fermented to functional vinegar, then dosed into eight gummies — each tuned to a different feeling. Gut first, then everything else.
- How many do I take?
- One gummy per serving. Twenty per jar. Start with one, feel how it lands, then decide.
- When do I take them?
- Each formula has a feeling on its page — Calm, Bliss, Focus, or Rest. Follow the label, or follow the feeling.
- Can I combine formulas?
- Most people don't need to. Each formula is a complete recipe. If you're curious about stacking, email the bench and we'll walk through it.
- What's the sweetener?
- No monk fruit, no xylitol, no corn syrup. Belgian beet-sourced acids do most of the work. The result is bright and clean without the aftertaste most gummies leave.
- What do they taste like?
- Real fruit, with a whisper of functional vinegar underneath. Each formula's flavor is on its product page — Blood Orange, Passion Fruit, Mango Ginger, Lemon Bergamot, Kiwi Apple Strawberry, Blueberry Lemonade, Dark Cherry, Blackberry Chamomile.
- Can I take BAMM with medications?
- Talk to your physician first if you're pregnant, nursing, or taking medication. BAMM is a supplement, not a substitute for medical advice.
